Abstract Casting Agency is a successful  professional agency registered with Spotlight which offers global casting opportunities. Abstract represents students for paid work internationally in TV, Film, Stage, Commercials, Voiceovers, Modelling, Gaming, Music Videos and much more!

Performing Arts Centre

Abstract Performing Arts Centre is the Head Office of Abstract and is based on London Road, Portsmouth. The centre holds 3 studios, music room, vocal tuition room, a stage, reception, changing room, facilities, class room, car park for Blue Badge holders and north/south bus stops right outside for your convenience.

Teacher Training  

Abstract provides professional fully accredited dance teacher training qualifications in a variety of genres. Alumni teachers have achieved outstanding results with all receiving Distinctions & Merits and many receiving award nominations by the examiners for achieving such high marks!

Performance Companies

Abstract provides a variety of elite performance companies to enable students to train as a pre-professional team, gaining unrivalled experiences to enhance their portfolio and CV to aid college, university and professional work applications. 

Grades & Medals

Abstract provides a huge array of qualifications across many examination boards and to the highest levels. Qualifications are internationally recognised and many are OfQual registered allowing students to gain UCAS points and aid their application for university. We also offer pre-grade exams and performance medal awards to enhance students' portfolio of achievements and endorse their training even further!

Excursions & Workshops

Abstract offers a wide variety of excursions including visits to TV & Film Studios, Recording Studios, Theatre Shows, Backstage Tours, University Visits & Taster Days as well as numerous performances abroad! 
Abstract books industry professionals and leading practitioners to visit the Abstract Performing Arts Centre to teach a variety of workshops. Students learn new techniques and skills as well as choreography from musicals and music videos. 

Rewards

Abstract rewards and recognises students transferable life skills achievements with certificates, rosettes, medals and large column trophies which they keep. Students are awarded for hard work, progress, commitment and dedication!

Shows

Abstract is proud to create exceptional shows which showcase the talents of all students in large scale inclusive arts productions. The shows has momentous support with record ticket sales of over 330 in the first twenty minutes of release!
